These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Invest Planner – Investment Unit Trust, Stock Tracker & Financial Planning (the "Service"), provided by SMART DISRUPTIVE SOLUTIONS (company registration no. 202103024532 (003229928-U)) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is online software that helps financial and unit trust consultants analyse clients' statements and prepare portfolio, financial planning, insurance and will planning reports. It is accessed through a web browser and delivered electronically. No physical goods are supplied.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must register with accurate information and verify your email address before you can log in.
• Each account is for one user. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at smartdisruptivesolutions@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Where your work requires a licence or registration (for example FIMM registration for unit trust consultants), you are responsible for holding it.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a free trial of 7 days starting from email verification. No payment details are required. At the end of the trial you need a paid subscription to continue using the Service; your data is kept so you can continue when you subscribe.

4. Subscription, prices and payment

• Plans: Monthly (RM49 per month) or Yearly (RM490 per year), in Malaysian Ringgit. Current prices are shown on our Product & Pricing page.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay Curlec. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges of the plan price at the start of each billing period until you cancel. We do not store your card details.
• If a renewal payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is made.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period; you may cancel before then.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation, renewal and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your data and your clients' data

• You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited right to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.
• For personal data of your clients, you are the data user under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). You must obtain your clients' consent, inform them how their data is used, keep it accurate, and only enter data you are entitled to use.
• We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: share your account; resell, copy or reverse engineer the Service; upload unlawful content or data you have no right to use; attempt to access other users' data; or interfere with the Service's security or operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Not financial, legal or tax advice

The Service is a tool. Results depend on the data and assumptions entered and on third-party information (such as the FIMM daily price list) that may be delayed or inaccurate. Projections are not guaranteed. The Service does not provide financial, investment, insurance, legal or tax advice, and will planning checklists are not wills. 9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content belong to SMART DISRUPTIVE SOLUTIONS. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits or data, or losses arising from decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment. After closure, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
