Service Delivery Policy

Invest Planner – Investment Unit Trust, Stock Tracker & Financial Planning is a digital software subscription. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

1. How the Service is delivered

• Free trial: access is delivered online immediately after you sign up on this website and verify your email address.
• Paid subscription: access is activated automatically as soon as your payment through Razorpay Curlec succeeds – normally within a few minutes. You use the Service by logging in at this website from any modern web browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
• Updates: new features and fixes are delivered online automatically at no extra charge during your subscription.

2. If access is not activated

If your account does not show an active subscription within 24 hours of a successful payment, use Refresh status in My account or contact us at smartdisruptivesolutions@gmail.com / 011-51366817. We will activate your access or refund the payment.

3. Support

Support is provided by email and WhatsApp, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays). We reply within 1–2 working days.

4. Requirements

An internet connection and a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. PDF statements must contain text (scanned pictures can be keyed in manually).
